We have completed 2 phases at this school. The first phase was a design and build project for a 10,000ft2 extension to the existing technology block.
Phase 2 was a design & build project for a new performing arts & assembly hall, complete with ancillary areas, student toilets, and common rooms. The multi-use assembly hall doubles as a theatre seating up to 450 people. Fully air conditioned, the hall features retractable seating allowing flexible use of the space.

Our works comprised of:

• Additions to existing plant room
• New heating and domestic services
• Natural passive ventilation throughout the extension
• Upgraded the BMS controls
• Solar thermal Installation

• Installation of a large air handling unit, warm air cooling and humidification system. The system had to operate quietly, to be suitable for use during theatre productions.
