This unique 3 storey house was originally designed and erected at Earls Court for the Ideal Home
Exhibition in the late 1960’s, before being dismantled and relocated after the exhibition. We
installed MVHR unit, ductwork, grilles and louvres in the main house along with a gas boiler, rads
and pipework for the heating system. The pool building has it’s own boiler and controls as does the
garage.

• Hot & Cold Water services with associated above ground drainage
• Installation of sanitary ware
• Testing and commissioning
